To enroll in UnitedHealthcare, call Maryland Health Connection at 1-855-642-8572 TTY: 1-855-642-8573.
For more information about Medicaid or MCHP you can call Maryland Health Connection or visit the website at www.MarylandHealthConnection.gov, or call your local health department or local department of social services. If you or your family members are uninsured and not currently enrolled in the Maryland HealthChoice program, you may be eligible to apply. Families may apply online, by phone, or through the mail by requesting a paper application from Maryland Health Connection.
