This dual health plan is for people who qualify for both Medical Assistance (Medicaid) and Medicare Parts A & B (Original Medicare).

This is a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plan. With an HMO plan, you must use network providers to get your medical care and services.

    $130 a month to buy healthy food and OTC products or pay utility bills

  • Prescription drug coverage

    $0 copay on covered generic and brand-name prescriptions including home delivery

  • Dental benefits

    Preventative coverage for exams, cleanings, x-rays and fluoride.  Root canals, fillings and dentures covered when medically necessary.

This dual health plan is for people who qualify for both Medical Assistance (Medicaid) and Medicare Parts A & B (Original Medicare).

Families and Children Medical Assistance


Our Families and Children Medical Assistance (Medicaid) plan - also known as the Prepaid Medicaid Assistance Program (PMAP) - is for children, pregnant women, families and adults without children. You can choose your own doctor. And you get many extras that other plans don’t offer.  

Please note that beginning Jan. 1, 2023, this play will also be offered in St. Louis county.

Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+) is a managed care program that covers health care and Elderly Waiver services for people who are 65 and over and have Medical Assistance (MA). Our plan includes specialty and well-visits, care coordination, specific clinical trials, a range of dental coverage and more.
